Welcome to SlimHelpers. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by SlimHelpers, an Wyoming LLC operating as a Management Services Organization ("MSO"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Role of SlimHelpers

SlimHelpers is not a healthcare provider. We do not employ or contract with physicians or pharmacists, nor do we practice medicine. All medical services are delivered exclusively by licensed healthcare providers through Telegra MD’s affiliated provider groups. Pharmacy services are provided by independently licensed third-party pharmacies.

2. No Guarantee of Prescription

Participation in a consultation does not guarantee a prescription. All prescribing decisions are made solely by the provider, based on their independent medical judgment and applicable laws.

3. Program Access & Pricing

Your membership fee grants access to a comprehensive wellness program, which includes:

• Unlimited telehealth consultations with licensed providers
• Personalized weight management insights and progress tracking
• Ongoing access to non-clinical support and educational resources
• Pharmacy fulfillment services (if a prescription is issued)

Membership fees apply regardless of whether a prescription is provided. Services are billed monthly and offer continuous support for your health and weight management goals.

4. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for complete details. SlimHelpers offers a satisfaction-based refund option and a 90-day weight loss guarantee, subject to specific eligibility requirements. Refunds are not granted based on medical decisions or the absence of a prescription.

5. HIPAA Compliance

SlimHelpers is committed to safeguarding your privacy. We operate under a Business Associate Agreement with Telegra MD and comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to protect your health information.

6. Customer Choice

You retain the right to seek medical consultations or pharmacy services from providers of your choice. SlimHelpers does not restrict patient choice and will provide assistance with transitions upon request.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Benton County, WA, in accordance with JAMS rules. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.

8. 90-Day Weight Loss Guarantee

Members enrolled in the 3-month GLP-1 injectable program may be eligible for SlimHelpers’ 90-Day Weight Loss Guarantee. To qualify, members must:

• Complete the entire 90-day program without interruption
• Use GLP-1 injectable medications as prescribed
• Provide time-stamped photographic documentation showing no weight loss, including before-and-after scale readings
• Submit a written refund request within 14 days of completing the program

All claims are subject to verification. The guarantee applies only to documented non-responders. SlimHelpers reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the stated criteria.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
